After 34 years as a primary school teacher — including 13 years as Head of a Junior School — I embraced a new chapter by retiring to the coast. This sea change has become a rich source of inspiration, leading me to capture the beauty of my local surroundings and the abundance of birdlife through art.
I have a particular passion for painting landscapes and animals in acrylics, but I also love exploring the vibrant textures and depth of chalk pastels. My work reflects both a deep appreciation for nature and a joy in discovering new creative possibilities.
