Commenced learning initially pencil and subsequently pen and wash with Val Jordan of Val Jordan Fine Art. - professional artist and teacher

Introduced to oil painting at private two-day seminar with oil artist/ instructor Greg O'leary

Commenced further art training with artist/ instructor Margaret Slape Phillips.

Joined a group organised and run by Val Jordan, meeting with other artists and sharing ideas, experience while undertaking own paintings

Learned basics of drawing at secondary school - well versed in perspective
